1) Payment

We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. You
can pay with the following methods:

You can safely use your credit card on our web shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified
by Visa and Mastercard.
If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted (Verified by Visa/
Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.

3) Taxes
All prices on Endon.design are including the applicable VAT tax rate for your country. Please note that
customers outside the EU or Greece may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the
products reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. Énδon has no control over
additional charges in relation to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities
may charge énδon an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. You
may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/
duties that may be applicable to your online order. However, we do not guarantee the prices are 100% correct,
they are just estimates.

4) Returns

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from Endon.design. You have 14 days from the day of

receipt to return any intact items and receive a refund. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless
the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to
place a new order. This means that such products are not returnable, unless there is any manufacturing error.
You have 14 days from the day you received the product to return any intact items. The returned items must be
intact and in original packaging with hangtags. We reserve the right to deduct depreciation from the return
amount if the product is not in its original conditions. Kindly ask you to contact us for the information we need
from you, and where to send the goods. Please note that you will bear the cost of the returned shipment unless
your product is faulty, and that we do not accept drop point delivery.
During the holiday season, the return period might be extended.

5) Complaints 

If you have received the wrong product or size, we will pay for the return of the product and send you the correct
If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item.
All products from énδon purchased from one of our dealers are all claims need to be submitted through the store
at which the product was purchased. However, if the store is no longer in business, please contact us. Upon
issuing a complaint, please note that a proof of purchase is required.
For EU customers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not together reached a final solution, you can as a
final doing submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/

6) Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information
when your package is on the way. If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the
shipping information, it is your responsibility to contact énδon. Once you have received the package, you should
inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact us.
If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be
deducted from your refund.

7) Promotion

Our offers are only available for a limited period while supplies last. Énδon reserves the right to stop these offers
without prior notice. If a product is purchased online prior to going on promotion, we are unable to refund the
difference in price.
When returning a product that was purchased within a multi-buy or promotional offer, those additional items
must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.
